BILL STruck had bad breaks and dashboard had multiple different waring lights. No ramps.
TIMOTHY KTruck had “Service Tire Monitor System” illuminated the entire trip (photo available). Brakes seemed a little “low” but that may have been my perception. Cab of truck had not been cleaned from previous customer. Bed of truck was clean. There is no WiFi at this location and phones do not get good reception. Sending photos and information is therefore very frustrating. Franchisee should provide WiFi and login information. My truck was ready to go when I arrived no problem there.
Andrew MBookings started at 9am but they didn’t open until 10! I had two guys at $75 an hour standing idol because I didn’t have a truck. The owner did come in earlier, but I still didn’t get the truck until 930. THE BRAKES ARE SHOT!!! If I wasn’t in such a hurry, I would’ve returned the vehicle, but they didn’t have another one. I did tell the owner and he told me to call U-Haul. This is highly unsafe and could result in an accident that the renter is not responsible for -please follow up on this ASAP, I did not get thru because wait times were over 45 minutes to speak with truck maintenance when I did call. This location is very convenient but I will never run from them again and look for alternatives.

EDWARD PThe Bike Shop hours are listed as opening at 9 am but they said they open at 10 and even then they were still not open past 10:30. Cellular signal is terrible there for both AT&T and T-Mobile so the uhaul app would take forever or time out. It literally took me an hour on the phone with a rep but she still had to wait for my pictures and app to upload. The truck was the most banged up truck I have ever used. The bumper was slightly off. Also when returning the vehicle, there was no clear place to park it because their driveway was blocked with cones. This is my worse UHaul experience and I will NEVER rent from this location again.
