The process to get trailer was efficient although I was not told where trailer was located. We hooked up to wrong trailer and had trouble locating a staff member to help with situation. Once I located staff member, he was very helpful. I incorrectly rented a trailer I could not use. Staff member was not sure how to assist stating rate situation. Very polite although not offering to follow up or let me know if able to give me a refund. I was very happy they were able assist me with another moving truck but seems like I should be refunded money for trailer I did not use and never hooked up to

The inside of the truck was dirty and the fact I had to drive over 20 minutes out of my way to get the truck. On my way to getting the truck, I passed a HUGE U-haul dealer in Hamilton Ohio. Also, I felt sorry for the young man who got me registered since this was a towing place. He was a mechanic not a U-haul dealer! It took him 20 minutes to figure out how to get me my truck. These U-haul locations need to be closer to a town not in the middle of no where! this caused me to start my day over 1 hour late. I feel I need to be reimbursed part of my rental.

JERRY FFind a place that has decent cellular coverage. It took forever to go thru the pick-up and return process because the location only allowed for 1-2 bars of service. I wasted way too much time waiting for things to upload and move to the next step. Also, I was charged a fuel charge when I brought the vehicle back exactly how I picked it up. There was nothing for me to do but pay it and hope someone reads my comment at checkout and fixes it. Doubtful.

Charles LI found the drop off process sub standard. I did not receive a confirmation that I dropped off the trailer and when I called to inquire with the drop off manager he was rude. I then called Uhaul to confirm drop off. The young lady was nice and confirmed my drop off. She told me she would email me a receipt. Never got it. This was not a good experience.
