There were furniture blankets and dollys in the back of the uhaul I didn’t order so I had to unload it with the owner / it was raining and took up time

My location was switched which made things much more inconvenient for me. To top it off, the location was not equipped for after hour drop offs, so my return took ~25 minutes as I had to call Uhaul to figure out what to do with the key. Then, because there was nowhere to return the key, I had to come BACK the next morning, which again was extremely inconvenient.
JAIMIE TStaff in the morning seemed inexperienced and unfamiliar with the rental process. I rented a furniture dolly and an appliance Dolly, neither of which were available at this location. Truck was dirty upon pickup, trash in the cup holders, debris all over the back of the storage area. Furniture rugs/covers were not folder, thrown all over the back. Staff that was working when I returned was friendly and polite. Will not be using this location again. I returned the vehicle with a full tank, would appreciate reimbursement for overage on miles and the fee for the equipment that was not available.
