There was nobody there on a Saturday at 11:30. I tried using the check in app but never received the text to login after several attempts. So I just left it. Then I was charged for six gallons of gas when the tank was less than 20 miles different “______ miles to E” than when I picked it up.

The HAND-TRUCK on the 20' UHaul was totally insufficient - - it was relatively light-weight AND it had NO STRAPPING. Every other rental I've ever used ALWAYS had a heavy-duty hand-truck WITH built-in straps.

Jeff SGabe was extremely helpful. He gets 10 stars! We were originally told to drop the trailer off at a different location, but the long driveway wasn’t plowed and they did not answer their phone. The UHaul reps were not helpful, when we could even reach them by phone, so we decided to drop off at Annex Automotive and Gabe took care of everything cheerfully!
