Gabe was extremely helpful. He gets 10 stars! We were originally told to drop the trailer off at a different location, but the long driveway wasn’t plowed and they did not answer their phone. The UHaul reps were not helpful, when we could even reach them by phone, so we decided to drop off at Annex Automotive and Gabe took care of everything cheerfully!

It really wasn't the location it was uhaul in general they were a major pain in the ass

They were closed. Yet the manager lived on site and he helped me return my trailer.
