Train the outlet on handled hooking up trailers. Thankfully I knew how but the person handling it had no idea and even said they never help hook up the trailer. I was told on the phone that they'd be able to hook it up and make sure everything was good. Didn't even check lights. Just took a photo of how I hooked it up and left.

richard rThe original place I went to in Versailles,Ky had the U-Haul I needed. Then when I showed up they kept making up stories of how the 26 footer was broke down after I had already reserved it online because it was on the website. Then the individual I was talking to said they had a few other options in the medium size and as I went inside to rent one an old white male showed up and told me everything had been booked. To which I was a lie too. because I passed by that operation many times to move my house and every time the same uhauls were in the same place. Also, at the end of the night and every single U-Haul that had been there when I first went there had not moved. They both smelled of alcohol after being turned away I watched them walk into the bar next door. I felt discriminated against and absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. I want to talk to someone about his situation because that old white guy was racists
Wes PTire light was low, the cab of the truck was dirty and the merchant charged my card twice. Very disappointed with the quality of service I was provided.

Bonita BBetter customer service and have the equipment that I paid for ready at the confirmed location and not sending me to another site only for a rude employee to not help me, only for me to have to call corporate to complain then get routed to a third location for paid equipment

Brandon TAbsolutely the worst experience I have had with U-Haul. Our truck was not ready when scheduled, mind you they only had two trucks and I was directed to this store because it was the only place I could get a 15ft. box. We showed up tried to claim the truck on my phone, couldn't process the transaction. Had to go inside where the clerk barely spoke English and had no idea what he was doing. Tried to give me a 10ft. truck even after looking at my reservation. I declined that truck and he had to call someone else to come to the store with a key for the 15ft. truck. After waiting about 10 minutes for this joker to show up, he walked around, went in and out of the store several times, finally after twenty minutes he said that we had to re-enter our information because it was a new transaction. He did this on his phone and upon completion we drove off. Driving home we had to stop for gas, not anywhere near where we picked up the truck and I check my phone, NO KIDDING, 10 emails from U-Haul. This joker charged me for two trucks, both charges were not for the contracted price when I reserved the truck. So, I drop off the truck at a U-Haul store, tell them the situation and they can't do anything to help but give me a 1-800 number to call. I call and have to start two dispute claims for the charges. Now, the onus is back on me to follow up in a couple of days to see what the outcomes are. The woman in the claims dept. said they may or may not call me so I should just call them. I was on the phone for almost an hour with this dept. TERRIBLE PROCESS!!!!

SAMUEL BWas given the truck with no gas put gas in it and was charged for gas by the company it was supposed to be a $30 rental turned into $120 rental.

Daniel DApu was very disrespectful towards me. He would barely look at me and mumble and almost didn't let me have the uhaul I reserved! He was incredibly rude. He mumbled something about someone coming at 11 am when I had a reservation for 9 that morning. I truly believe it's because I am a woman and that's why he did provide good customer service. It took my male friend talking to him for him to give me the uhaul. I would NOT recommend this location to a friend and in fact I would tell them to run from it
Kelly HA great improvement that would go a long way toward improving the whole experience for your customers would be to actually have the rental available at the location they reserve the rental from. Typically I've had to go to a different location to pick up the rental. I've come to anticipate that, but it's still frustrating.

Edgar GI was taken care of in between customers and I specified I was returning in Gainesville and Ocala was put on my contract which caused a lot of undie stress and frustrations.

Preston DThe truck had trash in the cab, location is difficult, staff in the store had no idea what they were doing to check me out for the truck. It did not go below 3000 RPM while driving, you could move the wheel 90 degrees in either direction you were still going straight, needs a wheel alignment badly, transmission has a hard time shifting gears. This truck is an accident or lawsuit waiting to happen.

Tamika RThis was the worse experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I was originally supposed to pick the uhaul up at Eureka Springs at 9:00 am. At 8:45 am, I was notified that the truck was not available because the other customer extended their time. I drove 3 hours to do so. I had to wait another 2 1/2 hours to get another truck. This was very upsetting and unprofessional because I was unable to help my daughter move her things out of her apartment.
SHEILA RI did a on-line check-in at 7:30 AM. Got there at 9:30 AM. Clerk could not speak English good. Language barrier. He looked on his phone and said I wasn't on there. He doubled checked and said oh here you are. Then he took pic. of drivers license would not take???? Ha d to use my wife's driver lic. took 45 min. to get the truck. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. I'm stopping in on the one on New Circle Rd. Which is were I was suppose to pick up the truck the first place. Going to talk to the manager.
Michael DI rented a truck and the truck was fine. I also rented a dolly and never received it then when I talked to the person at the minimart he has no clue what I was even talking about. Tried to call Uhaul and they told me I needed to talk to the guy at the minimart… just one big circle.
Thomas LAttendant spoke broken English, very hard to understand. U-haul did not have the supplies requested (dolly, pads) despite paying for them. Was told I could pick up at a closer location and then was told the night before I had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up the truck.
Karen MCould barely understand the person waiting on me. He insisted that uhaul should have sent me a code for lockbox in order to access key. He refused to let me have truck without it. After wasting nearly 45 minutes of my time he finally agreed to give me code. Meanwhile my moving helpers stood Around with nothing to do costing me valuable time and money
