I needed to pick up the truck in Milledgeville ga which is about 35 minutes away from anslie. Anslie is a backwater convenience store that is not even near a town. This cost me an hour of unessessary driving on my move day.

The staff at Anslie Cafe and Mini Mart are nothing short of exceptional. On pick up and return they assisted me with my equipment, answered all my questions and were kind and courteous. A place like this gives UHaul a great name which cannot be said for many uHsul sites I have used across the country. Thank you Anslie Cafe and Mini Mart for a great rental experience… I will definitely use this site again!

Simple drop off and helpful staff

This location is terrible. The staff does not know what they are doing even to the point of hooking up the trailer wrong, messing up the paper work and causing me many hours on the phone to clean it up. Uhaul should not allow any equipment to come from here. Aside from the documentation, their staff is unsupervised and not trained. Something bad is going to happen in the future. I had to argue with the guy on what size trailer ball to use if that tells you anything.

I booked a reservation in 1 location and this location was 30 miles out of my way from where I was coming from to pick it up at. Called Uhual and they told me to bad, that is where the truck was. I had a confirmed reservation! Terrible!

The trailer hitch was broken, and the gentleman "hooked" to our truck anyway. We drove 1000 feet and the trailer came off.
