When did U-Haul start making a customer do all the work? Why should the customer have to go through the process of taking pictures, gathering a gas mileage, recording the fuel measurement on return. U-Haul representatives should process the information when a customer picks up and returns a vehicle. Way too much work on a customers behalf. I will not use U-Haul again.
DAVID SYour rates are high compared to other U-haul locations, please reevaluate.
FLORA AThis location overcharged on fuel. We only drove 11 miles and were charged $43.75 of fuel. We were taken advantage of and will not rent from this location again.
Francisco ZI was charged twice (once by U-Haul and once by the pick up location). I had ordered blankets, boxes, and a dolly. The location only had a dolly.
ADRIAN GFirst, they didn’t have the dolly I reserved in the truck and it took 10 minutes for the associate to find one. Second, they didn’t have the blankets I had reserved. This took an additional 15 minutes to then be told that they have no blankets and they would refund me as I was already charged for them. I asked for a receipt showing the blankets removed, the associate printed a copy of the receipt still charging me for the missing blankets. The associate hand wrote on my receipt that I would be refunded. Third, the truck was filthy with old water bottles and trash and leaves in the cab. The inside of the cargo area was not swept clean and had dirt and leaves in it. Fourth, the associate informed me that if I parked in their parking spaces, I would most likely have my car stolen! She told me to park on the busy street or neighboring shopping center rather than in her public parking spaces. That is really odd. My reservation was 7:30 am and I checked in at 7:30. I didn’t leave the lot until 8:15 am as I was given the run around from the associate who seemed as though her and the manager enjoyed playing games. I had a tight window to move and this location wasted 45 minutes of my 12 hour rental. So basically it was a really bad experience with this location and I would like some sort of follow up with a U-Haul representative explaining to me how this could happen.

JOSE NSame as above. The online/cloud based check in process was very slow and inconvenient. Too many steps for the customer.
NEDY WThe lady at the counter is extremely rude and slow. The check-in process is beyond slow and frustrating to add a second driver took us over 15 minutes because of the process and the Internet service in the building. It should be a lot easier to check out and return a truck. It should not take so long and be so frustrating.

Matthew TIt took me one hour to rent my truck. It is ridiculous to have one person who is working at a convenience store and expect them to also be an U-Haul employee. The young lady that waited on me was very nice but it’s impossible for her to keep waiting on the convenience store customers and try to help me rent my car at the same time. What actually happened was she showed me how to get on the app and then I became a U-Haul employee and I got to check out the truck. Take the pictures write down the mileage. When I return the truck, I had the same problem one person running then convenience store who tells me how to use the app. Again, I become the U-Haul employee I get to take the pictures write down the mileage. I’ve rented for U-Haul for years in the 1990s the 2000 2010 my experience today was. ABSURD! That convenience store employee couldn’t even go to the bathroom because there were lines and lines of people in the convenience store that she had to wait on and then try to wait on me at the same time. I would like one of your executives in your corporate offices to go and rent a U-Haul truck and actually experience what the customer has to go through. Quite frankly, I think you owe me for two hours of pay be aware that I will tell all of my friends and family to not ever use U-Haul again. I have to rent a moving truck again on Monday and I will rent it from Home Depot.
ALICIA GLocation for U-Haul is not the best to have since it all so a gas station . We understand but there was only one person , she did her best but she so had people waiting in line for gas . Also the U-Haul smelled like pee .

CARLOS RThe workers at this location have attitudes and it’s really frustrating. The trucks are dirty as they are parked in a dirt lot. They are covered in dirt. The windshield is dirty and inside of the truck was dirty as well. This is my third U-Haul from this location and every truck has been dirty. And attitudes from the workers were the worst this time Especially at drop off the woman was very rude.
NICHOLE GIt was a gas station with the drop off yard behind it. I wouldn’t call it clean and inviting. It was just convenient.
MONICA WThe pickup and drop off process was very lengthy in time due to under staff and management of multiple businesses at one time. Better staffing is needed.

Marilu RThe cashier was super helpful and nice. I felt bad for her because she was alone also manning the cash register for the gas station while trying to get us set up. She was very nice about it but it took longer because she had to stop to help customers too. She was incredibly helpful and nice, however. The truck was in good condition and we were happy with the pickup.
JNE KThe app kept crashing upon check out. Had to re-take photos multiple times. Very frustrating, esp it being after hours .

JAIRO AThe pick-up and drop-off process was a nightmare. They are running this store in parallel with a gas station so they kept me waiting to attend to the customers who came after me. Also, the associate was unfamiliar with using the U-haul website to complete the process. While dropping off they made me install the app and when I resisted he said if you don't then you will have to wait at least 30 mins and started attending to other gas station customers.
