Dont charge so much, you advertise like its a cheap service and i ended up paying iver $100. 1.00 per mile is a ridiculous rate and you should be ashamed

This location has attempted to charge my card for an additional two rental fees after I already paid the fee when I picked it up as well as a random $42 charge. That is almost $400 in fraudulent charges. I am very upset about this.
