Clerk was one hour late for us to pick up the vehicle. We were unable to add gasoline to the vehicle because there was a missing gas cap and it was covered with some type of plastic rubber band and rubber band. Neither clerk checked out by walking outside with us or checking the vehicle upon its return. U-Haul changed our pick up location from one city to another Without ever notifying us ahead of time. The lock on the back of the rollup door was in place, but the lock was cut rendering it useless.

This was the worst U-Haul service I’ve ever received. Unfortunately, this place was the only one that had a 26 ft truck available. The guy at the counter said there’s a few problems like the gas cap got stolen so you have to put a plastic bag over the gas tank with rubber bands. The dolly that I requested was not available, and the truck was filthy. The back of the truck needed to be swept out which the guy did before I left however, I could barely see out of the windshield it was disgusting and needed to be cleaned. The gas in the tank was lower than written down in their paperwork. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The truck was clean, the ride was smooth, the truck was maintained. Surprisingly we got good gas mileage. The staff was friendly as well. I would recommend this location.

One of the worst U-haul locations I’ve ever been into. The guy who rented me the truck didn’t even bother to come out and inspected the truck with me as with other locations and truck was dirty. No one pulled the truck out of the parking lot. And when I returned the truck they didn’t have me the final receipt. He said he will e-mail me one and then I noticed they have charged me $25.00 cleaning fees. That was so ridiculous.. Bad experience there.

They were easy to deal with, and I appreciated that the humans in the shop didn't just point me out to a box outside as had been done at another location. This place took a little more ownership/customer service, not just pointing me to the parking lot as last place I rented from . There was an issue with a door, but they pointed it out and said that they knew about it. Easy peasy.

Truck was dirty when picked up. It had less than a quarter tank of gas upon pickup. There is no backup camera although it was requested upon making the reservation. The agents at the pickup location we not friendly.

these guys are super nice. very professional and quick I was in and out . Also they make it very convenient with their hours and being open until 10 pm. I highly recommend these guys.

Terrible experience. No Customer service Had to wait for store customers over and over. Owner made me wait over an hour for him to arrive and hook the trailer up. Didn’t check lights. Etc etc. Terrible ghetto location too.

Unusual to go to a liquor store to pick up a vehicle. I ordered blankets and furniture dollies - nothing was there. Then I had to go to Home Depot to purchase items - not professional. Good news was that the truck was new and ran well. The guys at the liquor store were nice, but I need

This location was easy to access and the U-Haul representative was knowledgeable and helpful. I was in & out of the place in 10mins!
