Alizabeth MAfter I picked up the trailer the following day, someone called me and they asked me if I would drop the trailer off in Chester instead of Susanville and Susanville was the place that I originally were supposed to drop it off. Well I was told I was going to get a credit or a discounted rate and due to construction, it took me three hours and 15 minutes round-trip to go from Susanville to Chester and back just to drop off the trailer and I have yet received a discount or anything like that
