your online pickup application sucks donkey balls - I could not figure out how to 'check out' the vehicle and I looked all over the stupid web site and even downloaded the app - no luck - your online app is beyond terrible fortunately the dude in the store was able to help us out

The parking lot is a little difficult to get in to. It was a Sunday do off, so thankfully there were no other cars. I would not want to attempt parking in this small triangular shaped parking lot during busy weekday hrs.

We passed several large U-Haul sites on the way to this site which appeared to be a pawn shop with no signs up for U-Haul. We never went inside. Instead, a man came out as we were trying to back the trailer up and told us to take it a block down the road and drop it in the parking lot of a closed business. There was 1 U-Haul truck in the lot and an open trailer. I would not recommend this site at all. In fact, I hated leaving the nice U-Haul trailer there.

I had to pay an extra six dollar charge. Just because I went a few miles over. ESPECIALLY WHEN I LEFT YOU A FULL TANK OF GAS!!!! FUCKING BULLSHITT!!!!!!!! Shitty!Shitty!!Shitty!!!

Charged me $51.00 for fuel and fuel surcharge when I put $30.01 worth of fuel in vehicle. Contract states I needed to return vehicle at 9:00. This facility did not open until 10:00. When charged fuel and surcharge. I called facility and asked them to go back out and look at fuel gauge and they said No. Shady business. You can do better than using a facility who charges people with false charges

U-Haul changed my pickup location to a place that did not have people there at the pickup time and did not change the reservation to be a self check-in after I spent time talking to 3 people the day before the reservation

It was a horrible place to pick up, they charge to assist to even hitch or guide you to even put car wheels on trailer, The trailer back passenger wheel locked and didn't roll, the trailer itself was advanced in age super old garbage, damaged my car wheel! If you can avoid Uhaul do so!

There was no one on duty at pickup who knew how to hook up the trailer. It was strictly “trial & error”. That was a little unsettling. I would never recommend this location for pickup.

I didn’t like the location. It was sub par. The guy that helped me was very nice. But the trailer was dirty inside. Also, the lights didn’t work. I had to take the unit to another facility to get it repaired. They couldn’t repair it so the other location gave me a new trailer. This pushed my schedule back two hours and was aggravating since I had reserved the unit over a week in advance.

I had to drive extra miles in order to pick up a truck because I couldn't get the one at the time I was supposed to closer to home. No big deal except for the fact that... 1. Uhaul did not include my ordered moving blankets. Sure they reversed the charge, but then charged me on drop off for not returning them! 2. Charged me extra for miles - despite the fact that the extra miles were directly related to picking up the truck in a completely different city.
