The staff was very friendly, and I really appreciated that there were no unnecessary extra charges. It was actually the first time I used U-Haul without feeling overcharged, so I had a great experience overall!

I’ve generally always had a good experience with U-Haul, and the vehicle itself was clean and well maintained. However, during this rental, a $16 CDW/coverage charge was added to my contract even though I did not request it, and my credit card already provides rental coverage. After tax, the extra charge came to approximately $18.08. The representative was polite and professional, but it seemed she may not have been fully familiar with the system or coverage selection process. I also expected to receive my finalized receipt shortly after returning the vehicle, as has normally happened in my past rentals, but I only received it the following day. This made me feel that the rental information may not have been fully processed at the time of return, which is also when I later noticed the unexpected coverage charge. I would appreciate a refund for the coverage charge including tax, and I also hope additional training can be provided to help avoid similar situations for future customers.

It's been a while l rent the truck from U haul. Now much easier to book or cancel through online. Even more location to pick & drop. The clerk should explain about gas charge before he pass the key or after I bring the truck back. I drove 4 miles but on the invoice ,clerk charged 9.37 $ before tax. I don't think I recommend this location to anyone.
