the only concern I have is all of my information is on a personal cell phone of the employee for instance my photo of my driver's license and my credit card the individual did say it is in the app so it's not actually on their phone but still feel weird great service though thank you.brian C.

I had a reservation for 1030 and I got there a lil bit early to pick up the uhaul I had reserved but when I got there the person I found didnt know what they were supposed to do. So it took an hour and a half to get everything processed and get the key. I had it reserved for 8 hrs but they still expected me to return it on time despite the fact I had already lost an hour and half. I returned it an hour after the time I was supposed to return it and then they charged me twice the price for the rental. There is a reason I put in 8 hrs cause I knew that's how long it would take me to bring it back. They didn't consider my time but expect me to keep up with their time then charge me. It was horrible service and I would never recommend that place ever!Purity M.

The whole experience was miserable. Truck wasn't at location we were told it would be. Then they said they couldn't find our agreement. Screwed up my credit card, had to redo the whole agreement and use a different card.Tammy N.

She could not locate me in her system and sent me away to find out where I was supposed to return until I returned and insisted that she take the truck because I called several others in the area and they also didn't have me on their list. I called customer service and was on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up.Jade S.

This was a phone pickup which I had never done before. I arrived 15 minutes prior to rental time which the FAQ said was sufficient for getting the rental on time. We spent 10 minutes sitting and waiting for approval after sending all the pictures/information. We were not able to get our rental until 9:15 though we arrived at 8:45 because of all the "processing". UHaul did extend our rental free of charge by 3 hours because our movers were late so it worked out okay in the end!Sana K.

30 minute delay as the person on duty was not trained and had to call in help. The helping individual stated in front of Lyla, Mr. Krimminger and myself that I could return the truck to any U-Haul. I turned it in to speedy gas and Scott from U-Haul said I had to return it to the place of origin or I would be charged and additional fee I turned around and picked up the truck and brought it to the Laundromat I rented it from and then waited for nearly 2 hours for someone trained to check me in. Apparently the owner failed to let anyone know I was waiting wit Mr. Krimminger. So the 2 hour move took me just over 6 hours. So if wasting 4 hours of your customers time on a moving day is your goal you nailed it. I'll use Penske, Ryder 2 men and a truck next time. Deplorable service and customer support. On line was limited help, â€œCheck in your truck yourself â€œ. Only if you are going to pay me to do your job.ken B.
Even though the first truck i tried to get died at the start. Double checking that they are in working order is a plus. Even so The employees at the locations at Capehart and on Galvin roads did a tremendous job at getting me to another truck so i can move into my new place.Kanetta T.

This location is great . Tons of parking and organized . The lady who took the U-Haul was very nice . I tried to drop it off to TEO other locations and they would not take my U-Haul !!! That's crazy that I have to drive extra miles for someone to take a U-Haul. But this place was perfect .Sean L.
I will never use u haul again, or even suggest it as an option to anyone due to the issue we had. Very disappointed in the whole company, and everyone we talked to. Profit is clearly number one priority and not customer service.frankie O.

I was charged several hundred dollars I shouldnt have been charged. The mgr at the location I rented from surf me it was taken care of. The area manager Shawn doesn't call me back rhem tho i was told hed take care of it. I have never used anyone but uhaul, however, after this I'll never use it again and I'll warn everyone else not to because id the shady business dealings and theft.Kevin T.
Get rid of those hydraulic brake units. Either install an electric brake system or don't have anything. The brakes can lock up if you back up with a load. Especially if your climbing a curb or something.Scot S.

The manager, Kristina was the saving grace of this transaction. There is a glitch in the system that permits a customer to request online items the location isn't prepared to provide. I brought this to her attention and her prompt, professional and understanding response made an otherwise difficult situation into a master class on customer service. She is to be congratulated and given a bonus!Joseph H.

Ann did a 5-star job in spite of trying to run the laundry side of the business AND the U-Haul side, all at the same time. She had to make several calls to the owner for some help/verification of a couple issues. He was apparently on the premises but never showed to help out. Since the laundry just acquired the U-Haul franchise, I have to give Ann a lot of credit for doing a great job while juggling both enterprises. Pretty steep learning curve for her.Michael W.

Pricing is a little high for what i actually needed it for. 19.95 is a joke. Less than 30 miles. Used for less than 2 hours. It was convenient though.tIMOTHY R.
We prefer human contact we had questions and there was no one there to answer them. What should have been a simple 15 minute turn in had there been a person there to receive became a 30 minute trial and error on your web site. The site is not user friendly.Pamela B.

I sat in the laundromat until 8:00 when it said their office opened to turn in my keys (only 15 mins early). But when 8:00 rolled around the lady working said she couldn't take the keys and I'd have to wait for her boss- who would be in at 9 or 10:00. So, annoyed, I left and came back at 10:15 and her boss still wasn't there. She took my keys and said she'd give them to him/her.Shelby R.
