The personnel didn't inform me of not having appliance dollies until I was at the appointment. I was supposed to get a phone call before my appointment, according to the email, which never happened. They didn't explain the drop off process.
VERNITA HThe fuel was said to be full but was at 3/4 - we didn't make the discovery until we had already made it 1 mile down the road and couldn't come back. We had to return it on full, so that was an extra $15 in gas by my calculation. It's the weekend so we couldn't let anyone know. We took a photo of the fuel point and mile marker. We would like the issue addressed and a reimbursement please. Very nice people in the office though.

ROBERT NI didn't recieve the appliance dolly I requested on my reservation and when I tried to call (during business hours) to pick it up I could not get through. Otherwise I was satisfied with my experience.

JOSIAH JThe issue I had with this rental is that the inside of the cab smelled like smoke. It was so bad. There should be a no smoking policy in place. As a non smoker I really did not enjoy this experience. If we did not need this rental on short notice we would have declined.
CHAD BCertain members of staff were rude, appeared annoyed that we interrupted their phone conversation when we showed up. Stated that they did not know they even had a 12 ft trailer on site. Trailer exterior had large amount of mud on it.

randy hThe spots for the trucks are undersized and on the side of the building. One truck was taking up two spaces so I had to park in the regular parking lot. Not a huge deal for me but probably a pain for the other businesses.

SALLY DWE Originally had a reservation at the U-Haul store at 712 Providence Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37042 but the attendant was very rude and told us to use the app on the phone, When the app was not working, she told us to leave and refused service. We called Sarah at this location, and she was extremely helpful and very kind. The truck had no problems at all, the only very tiny complaint was the sticker over the speedometer covered the needle and the lack of cruise control made it difficult to maintain the speed on the interstate as my drive was 1 hour 1 way. If the sticker was placed somewhere else in the dash, it would have been a little better, so I at least knew how fast I was going. Overall, still a 5-star experience and would Highly recommend. And thank you to Sarah for all her help at this location!

Marcell TThe truck worked for the time being but the inside was not cleaned thoroughly or at all stains/ residue left in cupholder and seat. Did not like the millage cost and do not believe it was calculate accurately especially if driven a few miles and did not see a price difference

Charlene LThis location didn't have the utility dolley that I reserved and had to go to a different location to get needed equipment. This reservation was booked over a month in advance. I did appreciate the assistance with placing my vehicle on the tow trailer.
Russell SWhen ordering the truck, I also ordered 2 Furniture Dolly’s and 1 hand truck with 12 blankets - I received the blankets and the 26’ foot truck but not the furniture Dolly’s out hand truck - there was none to be had in the area and I feel there was ample time to get them when the order went in

CHARLOTTE CAccording to your records, the truck was supposed to be dropped off by 4:30 and it was dropped off at 4:38 and I was still charged for another day. I would never recommend U-Haul to anybody here moving forward.
