Truck was not there and had been transferred to another site day before and that location was closed. Wasted an hour and a half trying to get the truck. Finally got in it only to find the mileage was off by over 1,000 miles! Truck was extremely dirty in the back, had less gas in it than was said in the contract. The fuel in staff was nice and apologetic but could not really help which was frustrating as I should have been in and out in 5 minutes if my reservation was present and in working order.
