Would not recommend this U-Haul location. While I was returning my rental, multiple customers in the store were complaining about service issues — and I quickly understood why. I was overcharged for additional services I never signed up for, and I wasn’t the only one. When I asked why I was being charged for something I know I didn’t select when booking, I wasn’t helped or even met with an attempt to fix it. Left a terrible taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning. It felt like the priority here is squeezing as much money as possible out of people and then just shrugging “oh well.”
