Picking up the vehicle from this location did not incur any issues, although I was not provided any type of printed rental contract. Upon return of the vehicle to this location there were no clear instructions on how to close out the rental contract. Someone other than who I dealt with upon pick-up instructed me to place the key in the return box on the front of the building. I was unable to receive anything printed advising the vehicle had been turned in, or that my rental contract was closed out. It was not until the end of my 6 hour window that I received an e-mail confirming the end of my rental period.
