This location was not helpful or easy to locate the box. The truck was in poor condition and gas tank was left on Empty upon arrival. Then the app would not work for a contact-less pick up and drop off. I spend over an hour attempting to pick up the. vehicle and returning the vehicle due to lack of support and the app being broken. The located was closed at the times I was picking up and returning the truck so no one was available to assist on site.

In particular, on that date, it was so cold that I couldn't take off my gloves. If I didn't have any incidents with the car, there's no point in taking pictures. There should be an option to return the car. Did you have an incident? Yes or No. If No, it would finalize the drop-off. Having to answer a lot of questions is annoying and unnecessary.
RICARDO DI requested a utility dolly which when I got home wasn’t in vehicle, therefore I had to go to another location which costs me miles and I would like a refund on the dolly to compensate for that
