Contract #72277265 The truck had not been cleaned, in or out before I got it. The man didn't go over anything about the truck regarding previous damage but said they knew about the damage. He did everything on his phone so I never got a receipt and he said he would email me that but it never arrived. I had to ask them about the 36 blankets that I had ordered, they said they didn't know anything about blankets. The battery warning light was on, so when I mentioned that they did check the battery with a meter and then said it was on when the truck arrived and must be OK and do I still want to take the truck. There was only that truck in the yard so I had no choice but to take it. It was very stressful to have to drive from Newbruswick to Ontario with that red light in my face all the way.

At pick up, I asked the guy there if he could change my drop off to Rexton location. He said, us, no problem. I asked again, just to make sure. I said, so I can drop the truck off in Rexton, he said yes, no problem. Now, uhaul wants to charge me extra for wrong drop off. Grrrrr

They did not record that I returned the rented trailer until the next evening and charged me for an extra day. Waiting now for a refund but I wish they had done their job instead of making me sort out their mistakes. They had to unlock the gate for me to drop off the trailer so it’s not like they didn’t know I returned it.

Trailer booked days prior to pick up. Pick up location changed 3 times. Eventually in the middle of nowhere in a pick your own place, no signs. Pick up dealers English was very poor and started from the very beginning of booking again wanting pick up and drop off address, credit card, driving licence, Demanded TWO phone numbers. Said they don’t get the information sent through of bookings although did have booking name. What should have been a confirmation of pick up turned into a good 40 minutes messing about. Not helped by poor cell service. Trailer noted to have a back light out which was pointed out. Dealer kept saying “it fine, it fine” also forgot to provide dolly as booked,. stepped in a ton of dog poop trying to hook up the trailer in the middle of a field. Don’t pick up here. Good job there was an English speaker in the car. They live in French country, they could barely understand English.

What a horrible experience! I asked for a 10 feet truck and instead I got something that’s twice as long at 24 feet. The owner of the property Harjeet Singh was not helpful in guiding me to drive past his gate saying that there was a lot of room but in fact there wasn’t .

Not impressed to have been charged for 100kms when we only did 70. Told us we owe them $15 more, yet we over paid for kms. I’d like to have our $ back

They need a wifi hub next to where the trucks are parked so they can process your order a bit quicker. Other than that, friendly staff, clean lot, had everything we needed.

Had to drive to bouctouche from Moncton, as the guy never brought back my truck, wait 30 minutes for the owner to come, took an hour to get me checked out.The guy told me he was never trained on U-Haul. Told them I would leave it in Moncton, dropped it off same day by supper time.. got a bill a week later for over 700$ stating I kept it for 2 days, charged me 28$ for a dolly for 2 days, never got a dolly, charged me 100$ for 6 blankets, never used even 1. Told me my mileage would be cut in half due to having to drive to Boutouche, was charged full price. Had to call twice to dispute, still waiting to hear back. Will never use U-Haul again.
