Good customer service
ELHADJ BI was charged for 4 days when I only had the truck for 2 days
FONG VGuy had no clue what he was doing. Effed up.my reservation to be a round trip. How? Charged us a ton more, did not open up back and the dolly was rolling around and blankets were gone. The drivers side mirror was flopping down making it dangerous to drive through a snowy pass. Took hours on the phone and in drop off to fix..still not fixed! Fire that moron at the appliance place pretending to help UHaul. God what a crappy experience on top of the stress of moving!

Moges tIt was an unexpected change of venue from my original location. My location of choice didn’t have the vehicle I needed because of damage and they/Uhaul switched to this location. I do appreciate the effort to find a replacement in my general part of town.
Sheila LIt was annoying that my pick up location was supposed to be in Renton but was moved to tukwila 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. It made me have to drive farther which also meant I drove more miles and it cost more money. Not sure about company policy but making customers put more miles on equipment and charging them for it because of bad planning on uhauls end doesn't quite seem right to me.

Hussein ATrain locations better about how to properly handle dispatch and return. I came to my pickup location to find that the equipment I paid for wasn’t available & I had to go to another location, which ended up eating into my time. I also received my truck with a nearly empty tank, which also elongated my time with the vehicle. The employee onsite did not know how to properly check me out of my reservation and had kept asking questions about the questions being asked in the check out form. I could not get him to help me complete check out and he ended up taking my phone to complete it for me. Very unprofessional.
