The taillights did not work. My options were to go to another U-Haul store or call for field service. The amount of time spent to correct the problem caused problems for my schedule. Also, I was told I could have the trailer for one week because I needed additional time and couldn't off-load the trailer immediately. The contract said 3 days, and I should have caught it, but when I asked the attendant about the amount of time to have the trailer, nothing was said. Poorly handled.

I was charged a $40 late fee even though I dropped it off on time. I was never told about doing an online drop off check list

Check milage and gas gauge. Didn't have a full tank when I drove off with it, filled it to where I got it and still says I owe on it.

They only issue I had was the interior of the front window was dirty and made night driving harder. This rode better than my work vehicle! Chuck and Tina were perfect. This has been my best U-Haul experience ever.....and I have moved A LOT (mainly long distance).

I received a phone call from U-Haul on move morning stating that I wasn’t registered as having received the truck so I had to go through confirmation over the phone while my friends and family were moving our stuff, I’m sitting on the phone. Then after getting off the phone the person assisting inadvertently changed my drop off location two towns away. I still dropped off the truck at my original reserved location.

Dim lighting, and a giant pothole in the entrance. Also I have never seen so many claims stickers before in my life. There was a broken side board with a sharp edge causing a safety concern. This trailer should have NEVER been rented out nor cost $130. Uhaul should pay people to use this trailer.
