This was an unstaffed location with a very tight parking lot and it wasn't clear what to do to return the vehicle. When I arrived, I found no parking places, and the retail location was empty with a "we have moved" sign, which was frustrating. However, I used the app to confirm I was at the right spot and then figured out it was a self-return process with key drop. Once I realized that, I followed the process.

will nThe truck was fine. The check in by phone process was clumsy - too many photos to upload without WiFi. The parking spaces were undersized, making it a challenge to return the truck.
