The only issue I had was not knowing the decisive cost per mile over 30. Online stated $.79 per mile, in the store the gentleman said $.99 per mile, and at the end I was billed $1..19 per mile. Seeing as I used over 200 miles this charge really added up. Andy S

BASEM MDon’t schedule reservations that include utility dollies when you have none. And then put the onus on the customer to call and get it refunded. And then tell the customer that another site has dollies available but they actually don’t. So he has to go to a third location, wasting an hour of his time. Don’t do that.

Tammy DI could not find a drop box and had to come back next day to give keys to store employee, I have to be at work at 6:30 am store isn’t open until after I’m at work, so now I have to have someone else other than the designated person drop off keys. This drop off was completely different and ridiculous.
