Rented a truck 4-5 times I got in this one there was empty cans behind the seat, brakes were not good, alignment was off center it made driving my 13 hour trip tough, and an hour before I got to my destination the truck was tugging for 30 minutes as I was going 60 mph.. always had good experiences but this one was terrible
Ronnie AThe young lady in the office there was very nice and helpful. I tried and tried to use the app check in and it would not work. I mentioned that to her and she acknowledged that it was not easy. That aspect needs work.
