Very confusing picking up a Uhaul from a mini mart. The uhaul truck was out back behind the strip mall and the overall experience was odd. The store worker just put me on the phone with a Uhaul rep (who was very helpful) but then the uhaul rep did all the work. I thought I was in the wrong spot too because it was a very unassuming location with, like I said, no uhaul trucks out front. Confusing. It went good enough, but it wasn’t an environment where I could ask questions and inquire more if needed. Luckily my move was just in town.
