I would have preferred starting with more gas in the vehicle, but everything else went smooth. The manager was very nice and a great communicator.

This location is closed on Sunday and it is not in a good location in regards to dropping off a uhaul.

Easy to rent but was not aware I’d be charged almost $150 at the end, I already had to pay a large amount upfront and find it out rages for unknown price at the end. Maybe it’s not the companies fault but the guy who I returned the U-Haul to. Still really annoyed to have seen that without being made aware.

The business owner has an unleashed dog that lunged at my children and myself. The person manning the counter was very nonchalant about this and simply asked for the keys to the truck.

This was the third "confirmation " we received. They didn't have a dolly or furniture blankets and we had to take a much bigger truck than we needed that wound up getting about 10 miles to the gallon. The air-conditioning didn't work so we had to travel over 400 miles on the interstate with windows open. The truck was so loud and with the windows open we had to scream to be heard.

Extremely dirty! No help at all. When he finally came out, he was barely waking up after the location was open for 20 mins. Coming out barefooted, and half naked. When I asked to be back up in a busy location, they pretty much told me figure it out and walked away. I would never work with this location again. I will be reporting this to fort benning so they are banned!

Pick up location did not have room for my motorhome to pull in to the parking area. No fault of anyone but I had to park along the road that was a merging lane to get on the road. After pulling on the tight merging lane. I discovered all kinds of road debris that could of punctured my tires or anyone else's. Found at least 5 screws/ nails in the area my MH was parked. I had move other sharp debris. Thankfully nothing was punctured. Request this location and other locations consider cleaning road debris along their establishments, especially in areas where large vehicles would park along the road. I called in advance about where I would park before I arrived because I knew it would be a tight fit. They informed me to park along the road. Overall besides this the experience was good. The process was fast and I was on my way.
