Worse experience ever pickup and drop off and horrible customer service from ALL parties. U-Haul will never get a penny from me ever again !!!

The place was ok but i wasn't please with the waiting time and getting access to the key. I waited about an hour to get confirmed.

ANTHONY LThis wasn't my reservation location. They rented out the truck and sent me here. I received no paperwork, my card was charged inaccurately and the truck was very dusty. I was told I would receive an email of my receipt never received it. When I asked for a new truck I was told this is the only one I have .

rafael cI told Uhaul I would arrive between 1pm and 4pm to pick up. I arrived at 3pm and the office was open but no one inside to help. The lights were off. When someone came from the garage to talk to me they did not speak English and then once I got across I was here to pick up a truck rental they said "George will be back in 20 minutes" and they locked me out of the office and I had to stand in the rain! Would not go around truck to look at any damage already existing and document it. Gas gauge said one line under 3/4 tank. Took $83.00 to fill 1/4 tank. Fuel.
THAD SPlease note that my overall experience with Uhaul was awful. I will NEVER use one of your trucks. The truck broke down twice on me and it took forever for you guys to come out. In addition, when my tire blew out, the gentleman that fixed it informed me that it was a defected tired... I cant believe you guys put me on the road to travel from Florida to Rhode Island with a bad tire. In addition, when i broke down in NJ, the guy that came to fix it, did an awful job. The dolly broke down again while i was in CT and I had to use a rope to tie it together. I refused to have to call you guys for a 3rd time. It was just an overall awful experience. I would never recommend Uhaul to my worst enemy. On a positive note, everyone was very nice. However, that does not overcome my horrible experience.
RICARDO DInclude Opa-Locka to Miami-Dade regional office. I originally reserved from Opa-Locka to South Miami and Opa-Locka didn't have the truck I wanted. The reservation got switched to Davie which is in Broward county instead of switching the location to Hialieah which is closer. It was a hassle to switch locations because of the hold time on the phone.
REYNER CMake sure the truck are in driving conditions I just drove 1,330 miles with a17' truck that pulled to the left all the way!!!! IT'S BEEN THREE DAYS AND ARM STILL HURTS
