Not charge so much

Online check-in please make sure you do at least 1 hour before reservation pick up time. Please note due to weather and heavy winds, I was delayed 3 hours dropping of the rental and charged for another 24 hours.

The location was the only one in north central Indiana that had the truck size we needed and allowed for mobile rental. That made it perfect for us. Pick-up was pretty easy, but complicated by the fact that there is almost zero celllular signal. The truck wasn't clean when we got it, but would I rent from this location again if I needed to move someone from this part of the country again? Abosolutely!
