It took over an hour to get my truck because the kid behind the counter didn’t know how to use the software and barely spoke English. He spent the whole time on FaceTime with his boss trying to navigate the software. I had to clean the back of the truck out and clear trash and dirt. The floor board had residue of a spilled soda in it, as well as some small trash. They didn’t help me hook up the tow dolly to the truck. Good thing I know how to do all of it because they were useless and didn’t even see that the passenger side trailer light didn’t work. I had to instruct them on checking the lights when I used the indicator and brakes to tell me if they worked.

I recently rented a truck and my experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. The truck was in great condition, clean, and ready to go. I also appreciated the helpful advice on fuel levels and return procedures. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I will definitely consider using this location again for my next move. Highly recommended!

The iPhone app seems to have some glitches. I do remember trying to check in and I guess because it was raining. I was unable to get some pictures of the truck uploaded. Hoping you can get some of the bugs out. I can’t give you more detailed information. thank you for providing this valuable service.
