JURAJ PReapetedly told them I have my own insurance. They charged me for 5 days of insurance. They dont answer the phone. Its a liquor store. They have a bad attitude. i returned the truck 30 minutes late. i asked her if she charged me for the day she said yes. i asked her for the key back and I would use the truck for the rest of the day. She said no.
PERRY MFix the uhall. The condition of the uhall was very poor. I was shaking, making lots of noise and scaring me that the vehicle would stop mid way.
HAQIQURAHMAN RHorrible U Haul experience. Picked up truck on empty, latch got stuck in open position, door opened while driving full of stuff. Will never use U-Haul again and would not recommend to any friends or family to use.
JUSTIN CThe truck I had still had empty water bottles in the center column. The truck had a bolt that was in the tire. None of the tire pressures were even close. Either the door seals are bad or paper thin cheaply put together truck is so much noise while driving. I’m sorry but 1400 for me to use a vehicle for 36 hours is overpriced. No discounts for a disabled veteran or student also, I will not recommend uhaul from this point forward.

Michael CThe “guaranteed” pick up was a sham because the location Uhaul transferred (against my will) my reservation to doesn’t use the lock boxes for some reason. Resulting in me having to wait until the food and liquor store opened up. I tried to get customer support to help me, but they would hang up when they answered the first question. They wasted my time and made the move more stressful. $50 credit isn’t enough to make up for the added stress of trying to get the move started. Find a different moving truck company where you get to talk to the actual people giving you the truck, instead of getting transferred around because “it’s in the fine print that we can do this”.
