John GThis is the location that actually set up the pick up for us in Florida, as well as the drop off. They did ALL the work. They made themselves available to us every day as we could not make contact with the people in Florida due to incorrect telephone information and the stress it caused. Our experience was EXCELLENT but ALL the credit goes to Debbie at Area 51 Storage in Kinsman, Ohio.

David UMy only problem. Thank goodness for my son who came to help, was the online stuff we had to do to pick up the truck. I live in the country service is bad. The online stuff would not work on my phone. I wish we can just have a human person have us sign a paper, copy our license and hand us the keys. UT for the most part. Truck was a perfect size. Ran great, fit everything in with Xtra space. Would I use uhaul again, yes but I would have to really think about it because of the online. Bring back the old day, with a signature using a pen and carbon copy of the paper we just signed.

donna BSuper friendly and accommodating people, I called them at least 10 times with questions and they were just as nice and informative on the last call as the first and when I picked up the trailer! I will definitely recommend Area 51 for U-Haul rentals

Richard RThe only difficulty we had was getting my driver license scanned. This may be because of the DMV sticker with updated address on my license, but it took several minutes to get checked in. A manual option to enter information would be helpful.
