First, the truck I originally booked was not available so the uhaul booking agent changed the location for pick up and put me in a larger truck. Then, none off the equipment I rented was available. Then when they offered to bring it from another location it was 2 hours later than what was estimated. Moving is already a hassle and not having the appropriate equipment made it that much harder. The day turned into a very long night because of the set backs and obstacles that uhaul caused.
JEANA MNo one was there at the location, and the doors were locked, even though the location had a sign saying it was open till 5pm. I showed up at 4pm. I had to call Uhaul North Arizona Dispatch who told me to drive to the back of the building and unhook the trailer and drop in in a parking lot myself, no assistance what so ever. Then they told me to take a pic of it sitting in the parking lot, and that would be my proof I dropped it off. This location deserves a 0% for doing absolutely nothing, and when I called the number posted on the door to get ahold of Chris. I got no answer. Dispatch had to call him to get ahold of him. Terrible customer service. 0%
JASON Svery hard to find , drove past it twice. signage is way to small and drop off yard is behind the car lot buisness.
