No one was there at the location, and the doors were locked, even though the location had a sign saying it was open till 5pm. I showed up at 4pm. I had to call Uhaul North Arizona Dispatch who told me to drive to the back of the building and unhook the trailer and drop in in a parking lot myself, no assistance what so ever. Then they told me to take a pic of it sitting in the parking lot, and that would be my proof I dropped it off. This location deserves a 0% for doing absolutely nothing, and when I called the number posted on the door to get ahold of Chris. I got no answer. Dispatch had to call him to get ahold of him. Terrible customer service. 0%
