Drop off location. Called the number listed, but it went straight to voicemail. Unclear how to proceed. Instructions weren't given for this location either at the trailer pick up.

WILLARD UI dont really complain but im just going to list the issues I had 1 the truck was full of dog hair unfortunate for me I'm allergic to dogs 2 the alignment was off I shouldn't have to constantly turn right to stay straight 3 I was pulled over by an officer to see if I was okay because of how slow I was driving but I thought I was driving the speed limit he told me to let uahul know that the truck isn't accurately displaying the speed so I had to relay off of Google to tell me how fast I was going Now 4 your app runs about as well as a square wheel
NICHOLAS MRenting uhauls seemed to be a new thing for this location. It was beyond confusing. I was supposed to check in online and then receive a code for the keys....but there was zero explanation or heads up about this. When talking with one of the employees she said needed to call a manager as she was new and only worked there since March (6 months ago). That being said, everyone there was friendly, just not super knowledgeable about the checkout process.

Jacqueline GI paid for the insurance, the vehicle had slight damage to the overhead & I am being charged $400. Why get the insurance if your charging me for damage anyway. Back in 2001, I had an accident in a Penske truck due to black ice, I paid for the insurance, so they charged me nothing. Go to Penske.

Leon SReserved a dolly and when I arrived to pick up the 10’ truck and dolly the location didn’t have a dolly available. What is the purpose of reserving on line if equipment is not available? The truck could have used a good scrubbing.

Kent ILocation was on my end. When I attempted to drop off the vehicle called the numbers that were located on the door and nobody answered. I left the truck in a busy inner city with no confirmation.

BENJAMIN BUltimately they were helpful. We took the equipment back to drop off as per the selected location and confirmation for our reservation o Lu to be told that we couldn’t drop it off because we weren’t showing in their system for drop off. Having to explain this and show proof of the confirmation address we received was a bit of a pain. In addition, we were told that we could drop off the equipment any time on the date if drop off but received a call stating that our return was overdue and we’d be charged for another day. This was contradictory to two prior conversations had with reps (not necessarily with the drop off location and uncertain if the call came from them or someone else). We weren’t charged for the extra day though the drop off location (which previously said had no record of us for their location) said they were going to charge us then decided to honor those other conversations and the proof from the reservation confirmation that gave no such time limit instructions for the drop off date.

Carrie DReimbursement for stuff like gas if customer put more gas then what it was, returning the uhul is horrible no one was there, they close early you have to Chech your self the uhul or they will change you money if they do it for you is ridiculous they some one should be in there period

DONALD EI feel that the location that I dropped my U-haul at is a bit petty and trying to price gauge people. I received my U-Haul at just under an 1/8 of a tank of gas and then returned the U-Haul at just under an 1/4 of tank which is an 1/8 more than I received the vehicle. They then took away a $21 credit from me and charged me $11 for additional gas. If I brought the vehicle back with the same amount of gas, I would understand if I brought the tank back at the same level. I brought it back with an 1/8 of a tank more than I received it. I got charged $21 plus $11, so $32 for 2 gallons of gas. Straight petty. They then charged me a $25 cleaning fee when the cab and inside of the back were swept clean. I even folded the blankets and then put them and the dolly in the cab. Not the best experience. The guy who helped me check in my trailer was the only saving grace. That’s why I’m leaving 2 stars and not 1 star.
sean cDidn’t receive my sofa cover, paid for it but never received it. Was a hassle trying to get a refund, poor customer service. Hard to get a hold of anyone.
