I dropped off the day after I received truck I called numerous times to make sure got checked in since I was after hours no one would answer so called 800 so they could get them to do it ....days later getting text about family waiting on truck I already dropped off days ago called 800 obviously still no one saying checked in then finally get receipt saying checked in Sunday no I dropped off Thursday so not good for me at all and app wasnt working for me to do self check in which never was really explained anyways
