Have truck ready for the reservation
Lourdes GI had made the reservation online, but when I went to pick up the trailer they tried charging me a new rate that took place after I made the reservation which was over $30 more. I refused! Adjustments were made but they tried telling me that I was late to pick it up when in actuality I changed the pick up time to an hour earlier than originally scheduled. It took a long time for the clerk to get it all straight in the computer and I was late getting back to work.

Deborah HTruck was dirty and stinky. Straight smelled like pee the whole way and dog hair everywhere. Rocky ford staff was rude to no degree, no information on drop off other then location. Failing to mention it was a Sunday and no one would be a drop off location so I would have to use self service..which I had no idea pulled up to location it was all locked up and had to walk around looking for someway in finding a drop box. Then stressed the whole time if that is what I suppose to do. Self service kept saying error when trying to log in, it was just a lot of unnecessary loops and rudeness from Rocky ford and uhual itself.
April TMake sure that when equipment is reserved at a location that the equipment is there so that the customer doesn't have to drive an hour to pick up the truck at ine location and the trailer at another
Andrew BI don’t know her name, but she did everything humanly possible to get me out of there with a truck to no avail because a customer was being defiant about returning the truck on time, if a scorecard was here I’d give her a 120% rating

RHONDA MDropped off after normal business hours over good uhaul experience but the price of 1 dollar per mile is getting a bit ridiculous on price. for a 26 ft truck.

Michael DCharging by the mile is ridiculous the advertising should also state that every mile is being charged. Although the experience was ok I probably won’t rent a truck to move again. This has nothing to do with the location or the people they were great, but more to do with the U-Haul company as a whole. Went from 59.00 to over $200 real quick

Roger BAll I ask is to have your reps go into a little more detail and clear explanation as to when turn in the truck and your trailers. I was a bit confused when it came to exactly when I supposed to drop off the truck. Other than that everything went smoothly and everyone was very professional and very helpful.
