The location told me they’d send me the final receipt via email when I returned the truck. I did not receive the receipt that day. The charge was more than expected so I called the next day. They couldn’t find me in the system when I gave my name and refused to take my order number to locate my order. They were rude on the phone and told me they were too busy to locate the receipt and they’d do it the next business day. The next business day I didn’t receive the receipt so I called again. They sent me the receipt this time. They charged me for gas even though I had refilled the gas take past the required point. I will never rent a U-Haul from this location ever again.

WILLIAM MNot only did the truck I rented have a ton of garbage in the back, but it should have not been in service due to mechanical problems. The truck almost stalled out on me at every red light and stop sign. The check engine light was also on. I did call the manager of Arlington Pickers and inform him of these issues; however, the next day I received a call from another employee blaming me for the trash in the back. I am still a gentleman in this case and did not request a refund. Once I received a call from the employee blaming me for the trash, I probably should have.

KAI BArlington Pickers was very helpful in getting my U-Haul rental set up the day of! I also ended up having to extend my rental by a couple days and the person I talked to when I called 800-GO-UHAUL was VERY helpful and extended my rental quickly and easily!

Alex GArlington pickers was AWESOME!! They were on it from the moment we came in. They were VERY kind as i had lots of questions.. and the nice young lady was VERY patient with my hundred or so questions. Returns were easy peasy.. just drop key in box! Bam! DONE!! HOWEVER... U- haul itself, im very frustrated with... First.. you CANNOT, pay with cash even if you make the effort to make it during business hours. Really?? So i showed up with cash being unaware. First problem. So i came back with a person who had a credit card as i do NOT use credit cards. But then, i couldnt pay at that place where i initiated the rental, because they only had the bigger trucks. So there are 5 uhaul dealers closer, but i had to go 6 miles away because they refuze to do customer service and bring the damned truck to the location you need to pick it up at. Crazy BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I could see if it were 40 miles away to your requested location.. but 6 miles? Im paying them! They should make better effort. The way they set it up makes the dealers who work with them, look like the bad guys.. but its not! Its uhauls ways of doing things. Minimal effort from uhaul.. money is all theyre concerned with! Sad. The poor dealers must deal with this crap all the time.. i feel sorry for them! They all apologized over and over for U Hauls downfalls. There was more but a person can olny gripe so much before people quit listening. So ill stop there. But.. let me be clear! Arlington Pickers was Awesome!! Thank you arlington pickers!

The truck was not provided with moving blankets or piano dolly as ordered, and I called that day to let them know... When I returned the truck, they then charged me to the blanks and dolly as if I stole them. Terrible service all around... I want a refund!!!!!!!

GREGORY TOMG, are you for real. 1. Hard time with online, however great customor service on phone. 2. Took to long with the process 3. The code that was sent to me didn't work. 4. Got up to maybe 3 different codes none worked. 5. Was suppose to get truck at 9am by 9:25 I couldn't with it anymore. 6. Ask to cancel but was told I couldn't do it over the phone. 7. Not pleased with this. 8. Then was told 5 to 7 business for refund. Unbelievable. 9. I have rented before through Uhaul and has always had good luck. 10. Will not ever do online again
Robbin HThere usually tend to be a new employee each time I rent equipment. As this is a smaller branch they usually dont have the equipment so I have to go elsewhere to get it and return the equipment at this location. While this location is pefect for a drop off, it is not the best for availability of equipment.

Tracy HThey have a scam that they charge $100 cleaning fee for people that use the drop box to leave keys. We left the truck clean. I received an email saying thank you. But I happened to check the receipt link and they had added $100 cleaning fee. Fraud.
ANDREW HTerrible experience. I have renter Uhails plenty of times, first time at this location and I will never use them again. I will likely never use Uhaul again due to the horrible experience with the owner of this location. I have had to get the regional director involved to help solve the problems. Several issues and do not feel like writing a book here but awful experience throughout!

Not exactly sure what went wrong there but I didn't get help, and now have some adminstrative hoops I have to go through to get my money back. I will tell you that I won't use u-haul moving services in the future that's for sure.
Michael LUnfortunately, I was provided the wrong lock code and unable to pickup my uhaul on the day of my reservation. I had to return a second time to pick up the reserved truck. When I returned in store, I had to wait in line for keys (which defeats the purpose of the contactless pickup) and a male customer in line behind me was helped before I (a woman) was helped. Definitely not a good experience. The truck also smelled of smoke and had gravel/kitty litter in the cup holders.
Jaclyn PA young lady (high schooler?) that completed my contract was not trained well to go through the safety and process for securing my vehicle to the trailer. After hooking it up, I drove to another U-Haul dealer and received good council on the use. When I turned the trailer in, it was a mismatch to the trailer number on my contract. I felt sorry for the young lady trying to help me in Arlington, but blame the management of the U-Haul dealer. I will never use them again and will advise others if asked.
Harvey SHard to find location and not very inviting. Parking was difficult at best. The trailer I was given was in “ok” condition but given the circumstances I had no other choice.

Keith SEverything was a Great Experience from this location. There was only One draw back & that is from anywhere anymore. People syphon gas from these vehicles all the time & when I got this one, I had to get gas that Luckily was less than a Half a block away, as the gas light was on! I Definitely made sure to bring it back with MORE GAS than when I got it & Hope that somehow "the Thieves" do Not take any of the gas for the next rental. The person was Great with explaining everything & I was in & out within 15 or so minutes. Excellent customer service & very pleased with everything! Highly recommend & will Definitely return myself for any other needs of a U-HAUL! Thanks
PAUL MMold all over the inside of our rental, stunk, was not locked. Garbage inside door panels. Water on floor. Very poor experience.
