Lock box would not unlock had to wait 2 hours for the location employee to unlock it because of that we had to use twice the mileage to meet the movers at different time double trip . I turned it in a day early wasn't compensated and I filled the gas completely which I picked it up with 3/4 missing and the back of the uhaul was not cleaned beforehand for me also the customer service representative corporate number was nice and said I'd be compensated 50 dollars because they did not have the uhaul ready for my reserved time . So yeah this was a nightmare location and honestly should not have been charged but at most 50 dollars at most for one day of usage and the miles should not have been charged period because the scheduled time for pick up wasn't honored and my movers was was laid double because of this location had to reroute and make twice the trips in order to retain their services . I will not be using uhaul again I will use another moving transportation company and spread the word of how you all over charged me and late and incompetent in honoring agreement .
