They are disingenuous to their customers. They force you to take the insurance and they suggest that you rent the equipment for longer than needed just be on the safe side. They assure you that you will be only charged for the days you use it. But when you return it they do not close the invoice until your last day you rented so that they can charge you more. You have to call and make a complaint, extremely confused as to how U-Haul approves affiliates and allows them to tarnish the well established Uhaul name. Very unlikely I will be recommending, let allowing using Uhaul any time soon.

PIERRE-RICHARD AI returned my rental and store was closed. I had to return the next morning because I was not able to complete the return questionnaire on the Uhaul, I didn’tfind that it was user friendly.
DANIEL DNobody's call me to confirm or denied the reservation for what I reserve (was available when I made the reservation) and the equipment was not available for pickup at the location. Finally I pickup another trailer and everything was ok.
GABRIEL VI went to the Cremazie U-Haul at Montréal to pick up a truck. When I arrived there I was told that the brakes were broken and there was not other truck available. I spent 45 min at the location to find another solution, guys at the desk were telling me to call other locations, while it was their job to do so. In the end, the only capable employee at the desk at the time, found me another truck which was in a U-Haul affiliate location at the other end of Laval, close to Montréal Nord. Since I don't have a car and the location was not accessible by public transportation, I had to pay 50$ for an Uber to get there. When I arrived there, the location was supposed to be open but was closed. I knocked on the door, called several times, and had to wait another 30 min for the guy to show up. When he showed up he was pissed at me for whatever reason, it was a really bad experience. In total I lost more than 3 hours with this. I'm still trying to have the Uber reimbursed and a financial compensation for this.
EMILIEN PThe owner off the shop never called me to confirm the location. I called often, left messages, tried to confirm availability of trailer and no answer or call back. He never asked me where I would leave the trailer and charged me big extra for leaving it far away. The owner is not polite nor kind, speak not well and forgot the dolly. Had to go back. Did not check the state of the trailer before leasing it to me. Bad service overall. He should not do the Uhaul

CHRISTIAN Dils mont chargé une journée de plus, j"avais besoin la remorque pour 7 am, et il m'avait dis qu'ils ont fermé donc ils mont dit que je pouvais la prendre la fin de la journée de la veille et sans me mentionner qu'il aller avoir de frais et j'avais même demandé s'il me chargé les frais et il m'ont dis tres clairement non. Après 2 jours je suis facturer 5 jours et pas 3, un plus avec frais d'assurance chaque jours chose qu'il m'ont jamais demandé, le Propietaire n'est pas correct, je lui ai dis plusieurs fois, de me expliquer les frais et en quoi il se base pour me chargé 5 jours et la seule réponse qu'il me dit ce d'appeler á U-Haul. je trouve ca 0 service à clientele et peu de communication. honnêtement je recommande pas et je retournerais plus jamais. il veut pas me rembourser et je veux pas non plus perdre mon temps en appelant à tout le monde. fais attention a cette Pick up Location Armiko .

DANIEL PAny enclosed trailers I've rented have this black grease film on the floor. It's not convenient when I need to transport white items like chairs. This applies regardless of the location I've rented from.

SANDRO VStaff were not helpful, office hours on the door is not good, I was advised to drop the truck by 9am, which I did one day late but they charged me for an extra because they did processed the return too late. Very bad service.

Willy ANous avons fait une réservation par Internet pour mercredi le 14 juin à 4h45 référence 88102897. Quand mon conjoint est arrivé pour aller chercher la remorque, il n’en avait même pas de disponible. Après plusieurs argumentations, l’homme a finalement trouvé une remorque ouverte quand qu’on avait demandé d’avoir une remorque fermée plus cher que qu’est-ce qu’on était supposé payer. Sérieusement Uhaul un gros ZÉRO dans votre planification.

Jennyfer TLe service est nul, aucune ponctualité, j'ai eu affaire à un mécanicien (très gentil) qui passe des appels à la personne concernée, une longue attente. Pour finalement donner les clé. Au retour j'ai trouver la personne en question présente, aucun accueil , il me parle en même temps qu'il parle au téléphone en plus il m'a menti sur la facture totale vus que j'ai pas accès à ma facture en ligne. Juste pour se débarrasser de moi. Je trouve ça mal honnête. Sa sera ma dernière expérience à ce succursale et possible même avec U-haul.
