Rented a 15' truck because I needed the built in ramp. Daily rental == 6 hours. Wiper blades could stand to be replaced. Wished I had known the approx mpg of the truck as I ended up buying excess fuel. Rick was helpful and got me on my way quickly.

Service was great and we felt well taken care of with our needs for this rental! We booked a last minute rental and had no issue with availability on the size we needed. The truck was ready when we arrived and rental process was smooth. We were able to return the truck after business hours easily also.

fire dennis worse customer service person I have ever dealt with couldn't use a computer to save his life and even had problems using a printer then tried to keep the receipt when called out on overcharging on the final bill luckily saved the original contract now its time to take legal action

This vehicle DID NOT have a full tank when we picked it up. We had to go through a bunch of steps on our phone even though we went in and returned it. He said we had to do it via our cell. I asked what happens if you have no cell..he said that's a problem. He did not check the vehicle when we turned it in. We won't suggest this place to anyone.

The location was fine but I would not recommend Uhaul to ANYONE! I booked a vehicle in Poulsbo, and as I was leaving to pick it up a representative called and said there were non except for one, half the size we wanted in PA (1 hour away from where we needed to be!)! We got to the rental facility in PA and NOBODY WAS THERE!! Nobody answered the phone, we waited an HOUR with a 2 year old until someone showed up and helped us out! NOT OK UHAUL! The phone representative that called us and re-routed us to PA failed to tell me that we could get a code over the text and not wait! 1) I should NOT have been able to book a vehicle that wasn't available 2) I should NOT have had to wait a full hour to get help! 3) The representative that helped us in PA was FABULOUS! Very understanding and swift to help us out!
