Loreal HThe young man that helped me through several date changes was knowledgeable, kind & helpful but the lady that was there on December 26 seemed to have no idea what she was doing, wasn't concerned that the check engine light was on or cared. Poor customer service from her!
JANICE KThe check out guy was abrasive and rude as well as rigid. He needs some social skills and training about what good customer service looks like. He added cost to my bill that I didn’t ask for and opted out of. He rudely told me to take my concern to corporate if I didn’t like it. Well… I did just that and received a refund!

JESSE PWe had to wait extra long to get the truck, which cut into our time. Also, the check engine light on the vehicle came on and when we called they said that the catalytic converter had been replaced but the sensor wasn't reset. The worry over the light going off was not good.

Mark MI love how close this location is to our home, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I rent trucks to stage and de-stage listings often, however, the trucks I rent from here are consistently dirty, cigarette ashes in cup holders, trash behind seats, debris on floor, dusty dashboard. They look as though they are rarely cleaned between rentals which I find pretty distasteful. I will probably be choosing a location further away to get a clean truck next time.

Joseph SI reserved a truck from a different location. I even had to call and confirm. I did. I get there. And they didn’t have one. Maybe instead of me confirming you should confirm that you have it yourself first? So I had to go farther than I wanted. And of course I have to pay extra mileage for your mistake because now I’m farther than where I’m supposed to be. Very unprofessional.

Roger FDidn't have a lot of gas and not only did I go over time by like 2 hours someone else was supposed to use it about 30 mins after me. Due to my situation that didn't happen. UHAUL shouldn't schedule people so close together or back to back unless someone's issuing the vehicle in the local area and not making multiple trips between Olympia, Tacoma, and JBLM. The Tacoma dump would buoy except my trash and I had to drive to Gig Harbor not saying it's UHAULs fault because it is not just letting you know what could happen b/c it happened to me.

I had my 88 year old mother with me and she commented how comfortable her seat was as was mine!

John WIt would be nice if they called and told me they changed the location for my pickup. It was extremely unfortunate that I had to drive further to pick up the vehicle that I didn't have time to change last minute. This means that I ended up paying more for mileage. This was really upsetting.
Shantese RIt was very easy for us because we needed a storage unit and a U-Haul truck so one-stop-shopping was very nice. The facility was very clean and the truck was very clean.

Sharil BExtra kudos here. When our original p/u location, 4th ave Olympia (poor rating), overbooked our res. and sent us in the wrong direction for another avail truck - this guy at Armour Storage stayed open late for us to p/u when we finally determined his correct location.

will fHours posted were 9:30 - 6:00 pm. We purposely chose this location because of the hours, knowing the truck would be a quick turn around. We returned the truck at 3:00 p.m. The doors were locked, lights off, no note on door other than the clock that said will return at 9:30 a.m. We had to make another trip the following day to the location to return the keys. When we walked in they said, "Okay, thank you." We had to ask for a receipt to ensure our charges. The other person finally said she had a family emergency and was sorry about that.
