JAY CThis U-haul establishment is telling me that I drove 125 miles over what I actually drove, and did not fill the tank back to its original state. This truck had very low inflated tires for the duration of my trip with mirrors that wouldn't stay in position, the transmission is by far one of the worst ones I've ever experienced in my entire life. Trouble shifting extremely high shift points resulting in even worse gas milage than before. This experience clears a few things up for me. 1. U-haul does not maintain there vehicles thus their regard for saftey is lackluster to say the least. 2. U-haul's ability to maintain past and current data is very poor and they will take money even though the fault is in their quality of service. 3. The disregard that U-haul imposes on the average customer. If U-haul was actually concerned about saftey they would maintain their trucks to an actual standard and not the basic "does it start?" Method. I could imagine the transmission going out definitely in the near future and God for bid if someone else rents this truck and finds themselves stuck in the middle no man's land with no cell service. And because the tires were so low I'm just thankfully I didn't have a blow out before I could fill the tire back up obviously out of my own pocket. If I were to summarize all this into soothing short and sweet it would be this. I will NEVER recommend U-haul to anyone, I will always have such a bad taste in my mouth about U-haul. THE most disconnected business I have I have ever known. Just overall VERY DISSATISFIED.

Forrest PTruck needed shocks badly and breaks. Was a rough ride cracked 70” flat screen TV that was padded down and in between mattresses that’s how rough it was. Glass picture frames broke and a glass table. The truck was scratched up and more dents than one could count. And scratches all over the sides and was told “oh that’s always been there it’s not a big deal” then was somehow charged for two trucks, two different pick up locations and times and the two trucks were picked up and mysterious truck returned to another location not the one I had and I returned mine at my selected location. Driving down the highway in a big truck is a task for anyone and this trucks’ window weather stripping fell off and on me going 70 and all of it was tangeled up around me, the steering wheel had to pull over and the whole stripping fell out of the truck. It was terrible all I could do was sit on it and try to put it behind me. I’m disabled and have a broken back. That was NOT comfortable plus the tire jerking when coming to a stop and the rough ride was an EXTREME NIGHTMARE. It’s extremely disappointing for a company as large as U-HAUL to have and tolerate such issues. I’ve used Penske in the past and have NEVER had issues with These people DO NOT SEEM to care about their customers especially those disabled because and they allow their places to put YOU in a truck with some serious issues (bad brakes? Bad shocks? Bad steering and tires? Jerking and clicking in the steering?) and point fingers at other locations to fix. Rotten terrible experience. I am still recovering. Very hard on me and my back.. I am STILL NOT REIMBURSED FOR MYSTERIOUS TRUCK. I NEED THAT MONEY. I’m on a fixed income and cannot afford deposits for two trucks PLUS fees and all. There is no urgency to correct, absolve or even try to help a disabled women whose obviously someone used my name and credit card to rent a truck and nobody will rectify this situation! The buck gets passed from one person to another. I’m at my wits end. I have been charged and extreme amount of money and need it back. I recommend u test drive these trucks. And check your bank statements!
Erin DThe lady working when my husband picked up tried to help but really wasn’t able to! When we returned the trailer no one was there! There were 2 signs on the door one said they were open until 4 the other at 5 and we were there around a little after 4 . You website said they were open until 5. We needed assistance unhooking the trailer, finally we got it done! I took a picture of it and we left!! Your staff on the phone was amazing the pick up and drop off was not!

WILLIAM CLocation falsified fuel information and mis charged cc. Claimed fuel was short but I filled it 1/8 over required level. Staff claimed fuel was 1/8 below required level. Also claimed equipment was missing. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATS!
David WBe at the office when open. Work better with first time users. My reservation was gone when went to pick up. 5x8 pull behind came unhitched and hit the back of my truck .

JACKIE EHad a reservation for 4:15pm for a trailer pickup. Drive out to location and manager is out running errands. Not able to pickup while on lunch. Manager agreed to meet after I got off work at closing time of 5:30. When I get there uhaul had canceled my reservation. The manager said to come back next day. The trailer was needed that night. She finally had called uhaul and worked it out, but with a lot of cuss words while doing it. Then the trailer was not fitting on the ball, due to pin being stuck on trailer. When asked for assistance her response was she does not work for uhaul and is not responsible for anything but processing paperwork. I was finally able to take the trailer after 40 minutes of trouble and attitude from manager. The only response I received was it’s her business and she can leave when needed and doesn’t work for uhaul. I had the reservation made for insurance coverage as well. When I received my check in paperwork for the rental, it is showing decline for insurance coverage and a safe trip $5 fee. This was not what my reservation was made for. This manager was very unprofessional. I appreciate her staying late for me to pickup my trailer since she was unavailable for my reserved pickup time. But again this was very inconvenient.

TRACY AWhat a great experience this was. I called to order the Uhaul truck yesterday and on the phone I met a wonderful woman named Jamie who said she would be very happy to help me. Within next 30 minutes I received a confirmation that the truck was ordered. Today coming in to pick it up it was ready and she met us with a smile on her face and was so very helpful. This young lady is truly an asset to this Armour Storage Location. We returned it within 3 hours and she was there to greet us and very friendly. We will be back.

The two individuals I dealt with, Jim and Stacey, were the friendliest, most helpful, and most professional people I have encountered in a very long time, and the equipment was of the highest quality. I will go out of my way to do business with this location in the future, and will definitely recommend it to all who need the products and services provided here.

Paul BThe U-Haul app timed out twice during the return process causing me to have to start the process over each time. I had to use the app because the location was closed. I finally gave up taking pictures of all sides of the trailer to prove it was in perfect condition so I ended up taking the bare minimum of pictures which, when I hit submit on the app, it accepted. Apparently your app has limits to the amount of data which can be submitted, ie, multiplepictures. Should not have this problem with a large company like yours. Disappointed.
