(1) Supposedly there is a "tow - haul" button to disengage when driving the truck without cargo. I diligently looked for 15 minutes but never found the button. If it exists, put a bright sticker on it. (2) The office phone number and physical address are printed on the contract but three times I dialed the number without success of connection. On the 3rd try, the recording stated: "This number is no longer in service." (3) Loading the truck at night, worked in dark. Accidently opening the passenger door caused lights in the cargo area to illumine - but had to leave door opened.DENNIS J.

Originally was to drop off at 1645 Oblate Drive in Canyon Lake, but they weren't there and just told us to leave the truck parked on the steep incline with the keys in it, then hung up on us. Arrowhead stepped up to the plate and took care of the return for us instead and we are very appreciative of Arrowhead for doing so!Karma Y.

Was charged an additional 82 dollars some for extra day and some for going over allotted mileage, the man in austin said as long as we got it back the 29th before the uhaul closed it wasn't extra...got it there by 3:30 and lady in new braunfels told us at 9 am it was considered late.....they gave us 78 miles and my new house was within the range so I think they lied about the mileage to charge me more even though they got 250 from me the day I rented the truck. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN IN MY NATURAL LIFE.....NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS IF I HAVE A SAY IN ITKelsey G.
Arrowhead location was great with excellent customer service. The U-Haul rental process definitely needs to improve. The after hour drop does not work and will not get passed location service. I am very dissatisfied we the whole reservation and drop process.Cesar C.

This location did not have my U-Haul Keys available to me at the time of my pick up. They also did not help me through the proper check-in procedure. Because my keys were not available I could not pick up my uhaul until the next morning. I was over charged as a result of this and was told I would receive a call regarding my charges. I never received a call and had to end up calling myself. So my recommendation to improve your service is to make sure your third party locations understand that they need to have the equipment available for the customer on time and to have your representatives follow through on calling the customers when there is an issueBianca C.

You sent me a text message telling me to drop off at Buds Fleet Sales. I drove several miles to this address at 11 AM on Friday and found it closed. I then had to find another location to drop off the truck and trailer. Arrowhead told me they did not handle trailers but when I told them the situation they agreed to accept the drop off. You should never recommend Buds PERIOD..chuck T.
1. Within 1 hour of pick up, discovered the rear tire was punctured with a slow leak. This MUST have been fixed before renting out. 2. Had booked a10" van; you reneged at the last moment and gave me a 15' This costed me at least $100 in gas due to low 8/9 mph - This is on UHAUL not location.srikant R.
Staff is not profesional - lady who check us out was yelling that she does not know how to do the check out - she told us to take the truck and come back next day and someone will help us. She gave us Jose ( manager number) - we could not reach him . We were charged extra day because our reservation was changed ( from 3/24 to pick up 3/23 - so it moved our drop date). Horrible experience , staff, poor customer service, stressful on the move and overcharged at the end.CHRISTOPHER H.
