Super friendly front desk that helped me resolve an issue quickly when my pickup wasn't on time. Really appreciated the flexibility and the uhaul was spotless! Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a truck.

LARRY PSweet but ditsy ladies working there. I called more than 15 times to try to let someone know I was keeping my rental an extra day and either no one answered or the line was busy. It was a bit ridiculous.

Leonard eThe location was perfect. The Associate was very helpful and polite. The UHAUL- we had to wait an extra hour to pick up our rental as the codes did not work for us. When the associate came into work, she too had the same issue. She had to contact UHAUL to fix the problem. Return time remained the same, it was not extended.

peter uDirections said it was on the right side of street- it was not. A bit confusing to find correct entrance but folks in gas station gave directions

David SI really can't think of much to improve upon. The van was clean and ran well. The only thing that comes to mind, and it's minor, is a tachometer in the dash... A reason being that this model of van provides an automatic transmission with "Drive", "M", and "1". M is for manual shifting, using +/- buttons on the steering column's shift lever. But here's the thing... without a tach it's hard to tell what the engine's rpm's are, so that you shift correctly. For example, on my Jetta, there is also this option, and there is a tqch, so I can see that I need to shift up at around 3,000 rpm's as I'm going up a steep hill. The van is fine the way it is, really... but on future models you acquire you might consider the tach option, as this allows drivers to operate the automatic transmission more gently... to promote a longer lifespan on the transmission. Just a thought. Really enjoyed the rental experience... Thank you very kindly!

Daniel lWalk through if the truck was not performed. Attendant did not give appliance dolly, just indicated everything was ready to go. Once to location we had to drive back and get the dolly. Roughly 8-10 miles of our trip was because attendant did not give us the dolly we needed and we were charged for this. System was also down when we arrived to pick up uhaul and took 30 minutes + to rent the truck when there were no other customers.
Thomas DAgents at rim location did not know what they were doing. They mismanaged my entire rental. There was a lot of miscommunication between the rum location and dispatch. Wrong dates. Wrong drop off location. Wrong charge. The truck was turned in on time, but I was charged for another day anyway. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. In contrast. LAUREN and Andrea were knowledgeable and efficient. Agents at rim do not seem to know how to use a computer. Please retrain these agents.

HAYLEN VI have been to several U-Haul locations and the customer service here was by far the best. Jessica was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. The bill was exactly as was explained (which has rarely been my experience) and the return process easy.
