Michael JOverall disappointed with uhaul, not these particular locations. We reserved a large truck and less than 24 hours of moving we’ were notified nowhere near us had one.

I received a text about 30 minutes before I dropped off that others were needing the vehicle I had, so they wanted to know when I would be returning it and then I showed up and they weren't even there. I never received any follow up that they received my vehicle and that it had been returned. No communication what so ever.

Vanessa GThe front desk clerk had to run my card a couple times. We ended up putting on my father's credit card. The clerk told me nothing went through on my card but in fact did hit my account 2 x resulting in a fraud alert and locked up my card as I am trying to move my son home. He marked the fuel tank at 5/8 in fact it was at 1/2 tank.

Richard CConstruction in area. Turn north to leave easily. Trailer door needed some grease as was difficult to operate. Check before leaving and ask it be greased if difficult.
Richard LIt was absolutely a very pleasant experience. The young man in charge did a fantastic job. His customer service was beyond satisfactory. I will come back to this location for any future rental needs.

SHAWN TThe receipt was emailed to me the following day. They tried to charge me for gas. I drove a total of 31 miles, put 4 gallons of gas in, which was slightly above the mark that the truck was giving out at. I drove back to the uhaul center when I saw the additional 50 dollar charge. We went and looked at the truck together and I was correct. They refunded me the money. It’s not about the money, maybe it was an honest mistake, or maybe they are trying to see if the customer even notices. Regardless, I will not recommend.

David KI think it would be a positive thing for the person renting the vehicle if a u-haul representative would give the customer a brief overview of the particulars pertaining to the vechicle. For example how to turn on the lights or how the windshield wipers work. That kind of stuff.
