This comment is nothing against the actual location I finally picked up the Uhaul but rather the experience surrounding our rental. We rented in advance with the intent of picking up about 5 mins from our location. Upon arrival I was told sorry call 1800 number since they don’t have the item we rented. I was then told I could go 20-25 mins away to pick up what we needed. I ended up doing that because we needed to. I asked about returning it to the location 5 mins away and was told call 1800 number just before returning it and they could make that adjustment so so didn’t need to do the 45 min round trip again. I did that and was told nope can’t make that change to bad. There was no plan to make any of this experience right on U-Haul’s end. My daughter had mentioned something about a guarantee refund so it was then I pursued that avenue. The agent was snappy with me but did end of giving me a refund. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
