No one answered the phone and no one was ever at the building. We just dropped iff the trailer and prayed that it didn’t get stolen before anyone knew it was there. When I called the number you needed an access code to leave a message. What’s up with that. Never again. There is another UHaul rental place in North Platte, please use that one next time as the drop off place

The facility is too small for all that goes on there. Everything with the rental went smoothly but getting the truck out of the space and returning it was nerve racking.

Truck bounced as if no shocks or struts. It felt like it was going to tip over with every turn. Had to drive 40 mph on the interstate. This truck is in dire need of service or better yet taken out of service.

I did not have a check-in button online on arrival, I had to call customer service for help which took extra time. When I booked this truck I also booked two dollies, a regular and an appliance one. But when I picked up my truck, the reservation was changed to only the truck. The location was closed, as was every uhaul dealer in the whole town bevause it was Sunday. I had to go to menards and spend double the money on a dolly rental last second. Would have been nice to know ahead of time if this location didn't actually offer all the items I needed.

It was full and wasn't sure where to park the truck or trailer.. it wasn't full of u haul trucks ... Just a lot of broke down cars everywhere.. Once u pull in the trailer had to go backwards over a curb.. what the heck?? A lot more stress then someone might have and after driving / moving

Everything was a good experience , truck ran Great! Drop off location was easy to find and personnel was helpful !! Same as when we picked up the UHall truck in Chappell , personnel was Great and very helpful .

There was no parking at all. The sign is extremely hard to see. There is no office. Again the truck was supposed to have 1/8 of a tank of gas - we drove about 1 block and the low fuel light came on. Then when we returned it they charged us for fuel - seriously we got a truck that was on empty - so now I have to go and complain about that. The only good thing is that the truck ran well and didn't break down.

Uhaul was dirty when I picked it up, and at my drop off point I almost had to pay a “cleaning” fee for a mess I didn’t make.

Dropped off trailer around 11:30 PM on July, 1. Not much for exterior lighting at location. Followed return instructions for not blocking building doors or entrances to business. Was unable to get the location services to work for equipment drop off after hours self return.

I have two extra charges on my bill equaling up to another $74 and I have no clue what it is for and no one in U-Haul customer service can tell me either, they said they need a "manager" to look it up which can take up to 3 days to get back to me, f*** you guys

Truck was parked very tightly between 2 other trucks. With the car parked across the street it was more difficult then necessary to pull forward safely without hitting the other truck or the car.

The site had no personnel on site. The app did not work. This was very distressing. Call to UHaul help line was similarly no help...on hold for over 45 minutes before I gave up. Bad experience. You guys have got to be better. Next time, I will rent from Penske.

I don't know why you are asking about the location that I didn't use. I picked up in McCook, NE to haul things from Trenton, NE to North Platte, NE. My truck wasn't ready at my reserved time. I had to wait three hours for them to decide they could give me a different truck. They allotted me not nearly enough miles to get to my destination, they didn't set a drop-off location, they wanted it returned to an unknown location less than 24 hours after I got the truck, and they didn't do or have me do a check of the truck when I picked up the truck. Now they tell me I can dispute the extra charges that will come from all of the hassle. I would rather sell everything I own than use or recommend uhaul.
