Service was great, but the truck was not clean inside. Garbage was left in the truck and it possibly has even been smoked in.

Charlotte DRecently we moved my mother into an assisted living facility in Fulton , MS. We were coming from Georgia under a very tight time schedule. As most moves are, we expected there to be unforseen problems to manage. However , this turned out to be the most pleasant experience as it could have been during such an emotional event In our lives. From the first conversation with Andy, the owner, I felt as if I could trust him to help us in what ever was to come, not just with the uhaul. I am from a small town in MS and there is NOTHING In the world that means more than the compasion and caring heart of a person when you are truly in need. Thank God for "small town love" and "Good Ole Boys " in the South!! There is on other uhaul service In the area I would trust over Ashley's. The Sandersons

gary bLocal staff not informed of my reservation. Appliance dolly had to be picked up at another location so that I could complete my move. Vehicle operated fine but steering wheel not straight / centered when driving on straight level road. Needs wheel alignment.

Kirk CIt was a dirty location that does car repairs. The parking lot was gravel that was full of oil. I've never picked a uhaul up from such a dirty location. I understand that they work on cars all day, but maybe they shouldn't be renting uhauls. When I went to turn in keys the guy had no idea what to do so he got another guy who came in and took the keys and said, 'that's all we need'. He didn't go check the condition of the truck, the gas gauge nor the milage. He checked nothing. Just took the keys and my copy of the rental agreement.
Phyllis WAndy was soooo helpful!! He made the whole process of moving much easier. I will drive to Fulton to rent from him instead of right down the street in Tupelo. Andy fixed an error that Tupelo and corporate CS couldn’t!! Will send all my friends to FULTON to see Andy. It was definitely worth driving further than to deal with incompetent Tupelo location.
