My favorite place to rent!!
Andrea WI did not encounter any personnel as dropped off at night. The slots were marked well and the orange key drop were easily found. It was safe and clean.

Alexander WReturning the vehicle and keys were very easy at the location. Picking up the vehicle was hard, only due to UHaul pickup applications was not working properly and I had trouble scanning my driver's license to get the code. I reached ASM at 6:15 but it took me until 8:55pm to get the code from the application.
Abirami MI paid for furniture pads which were NOT provided in the truck that was given to me.
Michael DEverything was perfect! Dropped it off approx midnight. Plenty of parking spots to park the truck. Easy to find the key return.

Arthur HThe keys were not clearly explained where the keys were located. After several texts with an agent, we found the keys. Then we found the window was left down and it had rained the night before. The seat was soaked, the floor and door was filled with water. Made a very uncomfortable ride. Also there was a stone chip and small crack in the windshield. Overall the truck preformed like it should have, but prep and instructions were lacking.
Mike MOnly issue is that the location does not allow in person pickups before 9AM. And in my case I could not pick up using my phone because the equipment had not yet been checked in from weekend usage.
Charles VThe van was not exactly clean, with crumbs and an old napkin in the cabin, but it was not a big deal. The problems we had were with the app and self-checkout. Despite using the Uhaul app and having location set to "precise" and "while using", the app said that we were not in the right location even though we were and therefore we could not proceed with the checkout process. I had to wait on hold for 2 different Uhaul reps. Each was nice and helpful with the second getting the problem fixed and the van checked out, but the process took an hour. Then, when we were returning the truck the photos would not upload. It kept asking me to take them again and not proceeding to the next step. I tried 3 times, then the app crashed after "spinning" for a long time and when I logged back in the "return my truck" option was gone. I had tried with cellular and wifi. I, again, had to contact customer service to make sure out truck was checked in. It was pouring rain, so taking the pictures 4 times (once on my phone in case I needed to send them later) and not having it work was not really fun. No one was on location at the pickup address because it was Sunday. I'm sure it would have been easier if we had rented the truck in person. The van worked fine.
Christine RThe location was un-manned. Cannot tell if they recorded the return of the truck because the app was not working correctly again. Required 2 phone calls and still have not received confirmation of truck return. BIG LET DOWN WITH UHAUL!
James LI had a really disappointing experience. I booked a van and went to the location that I booked, and the equipment was not available so I was supposed to be at another location. No one even called me to tell me that it had been adjusted. Then I got to my correct pick up location and the app wasn’t working. The auto shop was also closed so I couldn’t even ask anyone for help. I tried to call the service line and wait time was 15 minutes. The entire pick up process took me 90 minutes, which put an awful start to my day considering I still had to move my entire apartment. I would not recommend this service again. Even as a young person who is tech savage, the app is really disappointing. I can’t imagine how people without smartphones feel.

We had to make a new reservation while sitting in the parking lot of the facility (which had no employees present at that time). So, please simplify the check-in process and don't cancel people's reservations without notice.
Richard RThe truck smelled heavily of smoke, which I had to smell for nearly 600 miles. I was also told I would get reimbursed for excess gas at the pick up location then told at the drop off location that I won’t be reimbursed for gas. Definitely makes me think twice about using u-haul again.

Aus was AWESOME! He was as friendly and as patient as the first gentleman. He delivered 5 star customer service. He treated us as if we were family. 😊

Not only did I get the guidance and assurance that all would be OK with my first phone app. rental when I called to confirm my reservation, I received a timely follow up call upon my off hours vehicle return, just to make sure I was OK and satisfied. I very much appreciate the rare customer service provided!

Amanda LUhaul phone check-in to get the keys is HORRIBLE. We waited over 20 minutes for the approval. We eventually got someone in the chat that pushed the approval through. Just HORRIBLE. After that everything went smoothly and as expected.
